The service

H1B Levels provides search and analysis tools over U.S. Department of Labor disclosure data, along with wage level and lottery odds calculators. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice or immigration advice. Lottery odds are statistical estimates based on DHS-published figures and assumptions; actual outcomes depend on the annual registration pool and USCIS processing. Consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice about your specific situation.

Data accuracy

We work hard to keep the data faithful to the source files, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Figures on this site should be verified against official DOL and USCIS publications before you rely on them for any decision.

Accounts and fair use

Anonymous usage is rate-limited; free and paid accounts are individual and non-transferable. Automated scraping of the service is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back promise; monthly plans can be canceled anytime and remain active through the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H1B Levels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including immigration outcomes — arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
